Note: There are several participation certificates that have not been picked up from past years. There are also several items left in lost & found.

Any certificate or other items not claimed by July 1 will be discarded.

Entry Deadline: Monday, June 21, 2010, 6:30PM

Contestant photos for the newspaper will be taken at this time in Cowling Park.

Entry Fee: $10.00 for registrations received by mail no later than June 21. Mailed applications received after June 21, will be returned to sender. An additional $10 on site fee will be required on all registrations turned in at the photo meeting on June 21 for a total of $20. All contestants receive a certificate of participation and photo, compliments of Snaps Photo & Elegance Photography.

Winners Receive: Trophy or ribbon

Dress Code: Casual Or Formal-Some glitter is ok but NO SUPER/ULTRA GLITZ OR COSTUMES

Contestants must be Madison County Residents.

YOU MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF HOSPITAL OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
WITH REGISTRATION & FEE.

NO LATE OR INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Age as of June 1, 2010:

Girls 0-6 months	Boys 0-6 months
Girls 7-12 months	Boys 7-12 months
Girls 13-18 months	Boys 13-18 months
Girls 19-24 months	Boys 19-24 months

Contestants are invited to participate in the parade. Vehicle is the responsibility of the contestant. The parade is on June 26 at 5 P.M. with line up at 4 PM on Park Ave.
